You can upgrade or downgrade your account with just 3 clicks at any time. An upgrade takes effect immediately, while a downgrade and cancellation become effective at the end of your current billing period.

How can I cancel my plan? Is it easy to cancel?
We integrate the Stripe Billing Portal to let you manage your Linxact subscription. We believe in user experience and a simple cancellation flow. You can cancel your subscription with just 3 clicks. When you cancel, you’ll still be able to use your plan until the end of your subscription period.

Is unused additional data carried over to the next month?
No. Additional data is not accumulative and any unused additional reports, credits etc., will not be carried over to the next month.

What is your refund policy?
If you find a PBN URL not in our index within the first 7 days, you're eligible for a refund. Cancel your plan (3 clicks) and email [email protected], and we'll refund your money within 48 hours. We reserve the right to refuse refunds in the event of abuse (subscribe -> use Linxact -> request refund -> repeat).
